Episode processing error

While we strive for perfection and will always continue to work on improving our system's abilities, sometimes we get a little hiccup, and an episode may not process correctly.

Don't worry though! we are on it 😊
Our system is set up to automatically re-attempt to the failed episode, and we will send you a confirmation email when the episode has successfully been uploaded on to the Creators platform.

In the rare case, these system attempts should not be effective within 24 hours, our support team will contact you, and will resolve the issue manually.
